    • Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
    • Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the delivery date.
    • Custom or personalized products are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  2. Services:
    • Refunds for services will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Requests must be submitted within 7 days of the service date.
  3. Digital Products:
    • Digital downloads and virtual services are non-refundable unless there is a technical issue that prevents usage.


How to Request a Refund:

  • For damaged or defective items, include photos or other supporting evidence with your request.


Refund Process:

  • Once your refund request is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • For returned items, refunds will be issued after we receive and inspect the product.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the return is due to our error.

Exceptions:

  • Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
